All equipment rentals include: pre-rental inspection and safety check, operating instructions and safety briefing, standard attachments and accessories, basic maintenance during the rental period, 24/7 technical support hotline, and emergency breakdown replacement if needed. Fuel, operator services, and specialized attachments are available at additional cost.

We offer both delivery and pickup options. For delivery, we transport equipment to your site using our specialized trailers and low-loaders. Delivery within 50km of Lusaka is free for weekly and monthly rentals. For daily rentals or longer distances, delivery fees range from K500 to K2,000 depending on equipment size and distance. Same-day and next-day delivery is available for most equipment.

If equipment breaks down due to mechanical failure (not operator error or negligence), we provide free on-site repairs or immediate replacement at no additional charge. Our 24/7 technical support team responds to breakdown calls within 2-4 hours. Your rental period is paused during equipment downtime, ensuring you only pay for productive rental time. We maintain all equipment to the highest standards to minimize breakdowns.

For individual renters: valid National ID or Passport, proof of address (utility bill or lease agreement), and contact information. For corporate clients: company registration documents, Tax ID (TPIN), authorized signatory ID, and purchase order or company letter. A refundable security deposit (20-30% of rental value) is also required and can be paid via bank transfer, mobile money, or cash.

Yes, you can extend your rental anytime subject to equipment availability. Simply contact us 24 hours before your rental period ends. Extensions are charged at the same rate. For early returns, we offer partial refunds: if you return equipment after completing 50% or less of your rental period, you'll receive a 50% refund of unused days (after inspection and processing fee deduction).

Operator services are available at an additional cost of K300-K800 per day depending on equipment type and skill level required. All our operators are experienced, certified, and insured. We also provide free basic operating training for clients who wish to operate equipment themselves. Safety equipment (hard hats, gloves, safety vests) is provided at no extra charge.

We accept cash, bank transfers, mobile money (MTN, Airtel), and corporate credit accounts (for approved clients). Payment terms: 50% upfront deposit upon booking, 50% on delivery or pickup. For monthly rentals, payment can be split into weekly installments. Corporate clients may be eligible for 14-30 day payment terms after credit approval. All prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

Basic insurance covering mechanical breakdowns and normal wear-and-tear is included at no extra charge. However, customers are responsible for damages caused by operator error, negligence, theft, or misuse. We offer optional comprehensive insurance (5-10% of rental value) that covers accidental damage, theft, and third-party liability. We highly recommend this for high-value equipment or inexperienced operators.
